Commercial lighting in Oman

A commercial lighting package must work for the designer, the contractor and the people who will use the space. We help project teams discuss fixture intent, technical requirements and procurement together, from an early layout to a defined supply enquiry.

Make the specification comparable

A wattage and a fixture count rarely describe the same result across different models. Share lumen output, beam distribution, colour temperature, colour rendering, mounting details and the control requirement. Where an alternative is proposed, identify differences for the project consultant to review.

  • Offices: discuss tasks, screen positions and visual comfort rather than relying on a ceiling grid alone.
  • Retail: define display positions, finishes and the flexibility needed when merchandise changes.
  • Hospitality: describe operating scenes and how staff will control and maintain the scheme.

Coordinate the package before ordering

Confirm the latest drawing revision, fixture references, driver locations, circuits and dimming protocol. For controls, ask for the exact driver and control-device pairing to be checked. Agree samples, technical submittals and approvals required by your project team before bulk procurement.

Request a BOQ quotation

Send your BOQ and fixture schedule with quantities, site location and target delivery sequence. Flag whether approved equivalents are acceptable. Ask for itemised inclusions, exclusions, model-specific warranty terms and delivery estimates so that commercial comparisons cover the same scope.

Let’s make the brief clear.

Send the details you have. We will discuss the missing information and confirm the scope, selected models and quotation details with you.
